I first got referred to Ange through my personal trainer and I am so thankful!! I doubted that it would work (and even told her so) by being in a different city, but I couldn’t have been more wrong! Weighing in at nearly 130kg I was in a bad way … I WAS FAT !! If I wanted to see my grandkids grow up I needed to make some life changing decisions and soon … but where do you start ?? Ange guided me through the early stages and showed me the light …. I just needed the switch to be flicked and we were off!! Now after less than 9 months, I’ve dropped nearly 40kgs and Ange just led me through choices without being judgmental and was always FULL OF ENCOURAGEMENT!! I brutally don’t give a toss about the weight number now because it’s just that - a damn number …. But what I have now is a focus on my wellbeing and of putting the right fuels into my body as I stay on the path. I feel great and I now have the energy to run around with my Grandkids. I have also achieved a new “Zest” for life. Because of what Ange has taught me, food choices have become simple and easy …. Oh, and I feel like we now eat like kings!! Everything tastes better and I simply feel better!! Working with Ange is so easy and fulfilling. At times I thought “I got this” but I never did ….. we never stop learning and the path we’re on has been (and continues to be) a fantastic one. Every week another light goes on and I learn so much from Ange. To be blunt … I SIMPLY COULDN’T RECOMMEND ANGE MORE HIGHLY!! A HUGE thank you Ange!!!

I'm living in Singapore and am a serial dieter, in fact I have pretty much been either on a diet or failing at one for 30 years. After all that time, my appetite and body and general approach to nutrition required a major overhaul. So I contacted Ange and I can honestly say it has been so incredibly easy. I wish I had done this years ago. The main benefit for me has been the normalisation of my appetite. I thought I had a sweet tooth but it turns out I don't, I honestly think I was just hungry and tired. This is hands down the best I have felt in decades and weight is disappearing without any sense of effort. I am not a perfect plan follower, and I have had some stuff that is not on the plan, but it doesn't taste the same anymore - I actually missed the salad the day I had a burger! I wholeheartedly recommend her, she is incredibly positive and supportive and responds super fast to any questions. If you are considering making a change to your eating habits, I really recommend her!

Meeting Ange has been truly life changing, physically, mentally and emotionally, and I cannot thank her enough. Throughout my lifetime I have tried many different ways to lose weight and have always failed. Since having Gastric Sleeve Surgery in October my dietary needs have changed. This has not been easy but Ange has been with me every step of the way. Ange has a wealth of knowledge, and is phenomenal at her job. Her energy, enthusiasm and passion for making positive changes is very contagious. Taking time to work with me on my unique individual issues and lifestyle plans. Sourcing tasty recipes and meal ideas to suit my programme. I love her Facebook page, her delicious meals and postings are always inspiring. I know I will be on this Journey for the rest of my life. I will have highs and lows, but it helps knowing Ange will always be there with a warm smile, big hug and encouraging words. I cannot thank her enough.
