Regardless of your level, from casual to elite, I provide you with the education and a complete nutrition plan designed to ensure you perform at your very best and feel amazing doing so.
What You Can Expect
You'll complete a questionnaire prior to seeing me. At your initial consultation I'll analyse your full medical history, look at your current nutrition, training regime and provide education on how to best fuel your body. I'll then create a nutrition plan specific to your needs and requirements with loads of delicious meal ideas and simple, easy to follow recipes. This takes me approximately an hour to write and I have it emailed to you later that day.
The key to making changes is education and support, a nutrition plan is only a small piece of the puzzle. Long term changes only happen as a result of being educated on how to fuel your body properly. Follow up sessions are highly recommended to make plan adjustments and for support to ensure your changes stick and you perform at your very best in your chosen sport/training.
