In 2013 I had major gastric surgery. As a result I experienced ongoing pain and distress when I returned to my old eating habits despite having been warned that this would happen if I didn’t modify my diet. I’ve always thought of myself as a ‘bigger person’, a wonderful euphemism for ‘considerably overweight’. My spouse saw Ange Yates Nutritionist on Facebook and suggested it might be a good idea to invest in a consultation. That was ten weeks ago. Ange recommended a ‘lifestyle change’ around the food I consume and, fortunately, I chose to give it a go. The results have been nothing short of spectacular. I’ve been able to stick to the fabulous food Ange has recommended and all the changes Ange predicted have come to pass. I’m 11.5kgs lighter, have much more energy, I’m happier and, best of all, there’s no pain anymore. My body is functioning as it should and my head is in the right place, both important factors for a practicing martial artist. Ange knew just what to prescribe for my unique situation and has followed through with advice and support whenever I’ve needed it – and sometimes for seemingly no reason at all, she’s that professional. I appreciate having Ange as my nutritionist because she’s changed my life in ways that might be expected of a life coach – she’s that good! Thank you, Ange. I feel great, and I’ll never forget the contribution you’ve already made to my wellness considering that our food journey has just begun!
