Meeting Ange has been truly life changing, physically, mentally and emotionally, and I cannot thank her enough. Throughout my lifetime I have tried many different ways to lose weight and have always failed. Since having Gastric Sleeve Surgery in October my dietary needs have changed. This has not been easy but Ange has been with me every step of the way. Ange has a wealth of knowledge, and is phenomenal at her job. Her energy, enthusiasm and passion for making positive changes is very contagious. Taking time to work with me on my unique individual issues and lifestyle plans. Sourcing tasty recipes and meal ideas to suit my programme. I love her Facebook page, her delicious meals and postings are always inspiring. I know I will be on this Journey for the rest of my life. I will have highs and lows, but it helps knowing Ange will always be there with a warm smile, big hug and encouraging words. I cannot thank her enough.
