I first decided to compete in my first fitness competition last year. I needed to get in shape and eat the right foods to achieve my goals. Everything I was trying wasn’t working to lean up. It was my personal trainer based here in Sydney who introduced me to Ange. Without her I would not have been ready for my competition. She worked alongside me and my goals and I finally got there! But most importantly she taught me the importance of nutrition, and how certain foods assist the body for the long run, which is of highest importance. The other great thing is I have become handy in the kitchen and the meals designed are so much fun and actually have taste! No more boring chicken and broccoli! I now enjoy meal prepping and cannot wait to step on stage again! Thanks Ange!
