When I first met Ange, I had already been on a big weight loss journey, but I was still missing a piece of the puzzle. I was feeling lethargic, hungry a lot of the time, emotionally unbalanced and I didn’t feel like I was getting out what I put in at the gym. There is so much information about what to eat and what not to eat in the media that the whole prospect of improving my food choices was daunting and confusing. I’d stand in front of the fridge and just not know what to eat. Ange showed me that choosing whole foods and reducing intake of caffeine, sugar & salt and increasing that all important water consumption can make me feel on top of the world.
