I decided to go and see Ange because a friend had incredible results after seeing her, but to be honest I was a little skeptical. I was already a gym bunny and pretty healthy eater and most nutritionists simply tell you what you already know – cut sugary things, eat more greens etc. But some of the things Ange told me were actually a revelation and helped the dispel some of the ‘Why you should/shouldn’t eat X’ rumours we’re bombarded with in the media. I found sticking to my plan simple and I wasn’t ever hungry or felt deprived. I’ve also grappled with digestive issues for years and have seen all sorts of nutritionists/naturopaths etc, but some simple changes from Ange and it seems to be resolved which was a revelation for me. Keeping a food diary meant I was accountable to someone, but Ange never shamed me when I strayed from the plan. I wasn’t fat to begin with, I just wanted to be in the shape I used to be in and was rewarded with great results. I’ve been recommending Ange everyone – even my personal trainer is going to see her, because there’s something for people of all sizes and fitness levels to learn.
